APPOINTMENT POLICY
Our secretary will make sure you book an appointment within a reasonable time frame according to your schedule. We are pleased to accommodate you by offering you varied availability and by contacting you a few days in advance to confirm your appointment by email and / or text. If you have to cancel your appointment due to a setback, it is very important that you contact us 24 to 48 hours in advance to allow us to properly manage the schedules of our clients and staff.

Method of payment
Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
Insurance
On the day of treatment, we can make an electronic demand of payment directly to your insurance company if your dental plan contract provides this capability. If approved, you only need to pay for the amount that is not covered by your insurance (if applicable).
