APPOINTMENT POLICY

Our secretary will make sure you book an appointment within a reasonable time frame according to your schedule. We are pleased to accommodate you by offering you varied availability and by contacting you a few days in advance to confirm your appointment by email and / or text. If you have to cancel your appointment due to a setback, it is very important that you contact us 24 to 48 hours in advance to allow us to properly manage the schedules of our clients and staff.

Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and cash.
We do not accept personal cheques (payment arrangement only).

Insurance
For patients with private or group insurance coverage, your insurance balance will be sent directly to you by your insurer. You will therefore have to pay your bill in full during your visit. Our team offers you the service of sending applications electronically, so that you benefit from a quick refund (24 to 72 hours for most insurance companies registered for direct deposit).
